With extensive experience in business management, Ken was the former manager of Kingsway House homeless shelter and the manager of Our Houses Our People CIC. His work in the community was recognized with the prestigious Queens Award for Voluntary Services.
I am passionate about supporting our most vulnerable in society and having trained as a counsellor I feel that not enough care is available around mental health.

My Mission is to activate and guide people back to their true essence and purpose. To help people understand that anything is possible and no matter where you are in any moment in life you always have options available to you in any given moment to turn it around for the better.
I love to empower and help transform mindsets through coaching and healing with the Angelic Kingdom of light energy and strategies of coaching to move people forward. Once on the path of healing, I can teach people how to learn these techniques for themselves and to feel empowered.

For the past 4 years i have been practicing as an holistic therapist. My goals and aspirations are to help as many people as i can so they can go on to live a happy and fruitful life to the best of their ability with ongoing aftercare.
I believe it is our duty as healers and therapists to do this. If you help only one person they usually will pass this forward and go on to help someone else.
I believe that an holistic approach to wellness looks after the whole person for an improved quality of life. Where mind, body and spirit are supported and cared for. Aftercare is equally important to me and is something I am extremely passionate about.
